Digi-Freebie: Doodle-dallion - Snowflake Flower

I made a snowflake flower today. It went really quick. This could be addictive, I see more snowflakes on the horizon ;)

My dear friend Penny made this sheet for my snowflake flower. She makes awesome sheets and cards, and folding instructions and .. need I say more! Love the verses, Penny! Please give Penny some love, at her WEBSHOTS or PHOTOBUCKET

I should have a hi rez available later this week plus more hues. It's a worky day tomorrow.

Monday, Monday... and a Dancing Daisy

Happy Monday! uggh. 3 more weeks left providing childcare, one more week until school starts and one of the babies came to my door this morning with a rip roaring cold! .... and so the cycle begins.....

On a happier note, here is a doodle design up for rubberstamp consideration LOL! My little happy dancing daisy :) Oh happy times.... and in a happy pink... do regular garden variety daisies come in pink? Alot must be said for artistic license LOL!

Fred shall attempt to make a card today.... she is at the whim of her daycare kids and her temperamental printer though....black seems to be in the clogging mood as of late. This flower and my chocolate paper are beckoning me to "marry" them.

Have a happy Monday all!!

More Doodled Tiles

These are a little wild LOL! Not the style I am trying to go for but they are quite dramatic - usually I have no idea what is going to come out of my pen.... always a surprise! The tiles made from the original have an asian or celtic feel I think.

Doodled Tiles

A tile I painted last night. Then I played and made some TB tiles. If I get some play time today, I want to make some soft coordinating background papers. Speaking of backgrounds, I found these on a group; TWO very handy internet tools for us papercrafters ;)

Doodle-dallion and Digital Blog Candy

This CHALLENGE is CLOSED.
Here is a low-rez pink version plus a tea-bag tile for your enjoyment :) I would like to get my visitor count over 5000 LOL. So I would like to make you an offer. Help spread the love... mention my blog on a group or to a friend :) If you do, please leave me a comment on this message, why you love papercrafting and possibly a colour combo request to colour this doodle ( I frequent the Stampin Up Color Combo thingy if that is a help ;) ) Now, originally, I had this set to collecting your email to send you a supahsekret link to an album of hi-rez images of this doodle-dallion in many hues plus some other goodies LOL, but then I thought... that sounds like alot of work. SO I WILL WORK IT THIS WAY.... ONCE I GET 5000 HITS, *** I WILL POST A DOWNLOAD LINK FOR ALL LOL!!!

This CHALLENGE is CLOSED.

Doodle-dallion Card

I made this card last week for a friend. It is from a doodle I did the week before. The medallion is 7 layers :O .... and was too heavy ...kept tipping card over...hence photographed on its back LOL! It reminded me of a elaborate tiered cake ...which got me thinking... ( LOL maybe a doodle-dallion cake in the future?).

Pet Portrait

I finished this painting tonight. I am so happy it is done LOL! This was a beloved dog of dear neighbours of my parents. The dog recently passed away. She was their baby, a wonderful dog, part Rottweiler. I hope they like it. Click the painting to enlarge. I painted from a scanned neighbourhood calendar so I had to basically fudge everything, highlights, eyes, background. They live right on the beach and the background is "me" remembering being there on their beach. Not too hard, I was raised a beach kid LOL! I loved living on Lake Ontario... except during smelt season...ewwww. The look of the water constantly changes. Here is the scan:

As soon as I get more info, I'll post more info on the Butterfly Medallion Sheet available at Stamp Attack Art Stamps. :))))) I am excitedly waiting for the stamps to arrive, I'll post examples and a preview of the sheet soon. Now I just need to find time to play! ... the predicament of the papercrafts addict WAHM :(

Dragonflies Medallion

Here is an image I have been working on. I have't worked out all the kinks yet, but I felt like colouring it today.

Butterflies Medallion Card

Here is a Round Robin card I made recently. It's embellished with iridescent blue twinklers. This design (along with some 'friends') might be in the process of becoming a stamp ;) .

EDIT JUNE 1st: It HAS! Please check out the Butterfly Doodle-Dallions stamp sheet by Tracey Miller at Stamp Attack Art Stamps!

Weird Flower Tiles

Doodley-doo-doo-doo.....

Strange Pen Happenings

I just thought this doodle needed a place to live. LOL! I don't know what it is, is it a flower, a wrought iron decoration? I'll just call it "Strange Pen Happenings".

Card - Doodledallion... Great News!

A card I made my husband. I am quite excited about it. It has become a rubberstamp! Yes, a rubberstamp! Carol Clements, the wonderful owner of StampAttack Art Stamps saw my design and thought it would make a great stamp! Please check her out... some lovely stamps to be had there :) I just got my rubber for this , straight from England, and I can't wait to try it. I have a feeling I will be giving my heatgun and my twinkling H2O's a work out. Stay Tuned.

Flower Thingies

Note to self: Please post more regularly... a whole month skipped LOL!

Flowery I don't know what thingies. I'm not sure if they would make good tiles or not but I just like looking at them LOL.
